Alive and well and in my garage!

Hi All
Huge longshot, but I had a rim damaged at the Walter Hayes meeting at the end of last season.
It is not repairable so I am after another Ally Cat rim ,13x8j Ford fit.
Does anyone have one rim ,or a set, lying about in their garage looking for a new home?

Is there going to be an opportunity to race ?
I’m sure Myles and I would be up for it, and we ought to be able to tempt a few more out too...
Any idea what is on the race programme?

On my Mk8 there are no inner wheel arches at the rear and there doesn't seem to be an issue with debris in the filter or engine bay generally. I too have problems with the steering column between my large feet ! Would love some interior and footwell shots to see how you addressed this and re routed ...

Don't know if anyone else has seen this lovely looking car with a nice " historic " car price.

That's looking really good. Would love to see more photos. What size are the rear rims and tyres and what make are the tyres . Myles and I are out in the Closed Wheel Race this Saturday at the Walter Hayes meeting at Silverstone.
Looking at the forecast , thermals required ...but hopefully dry.

I shall be out in my Mk8 in the Castle Combe GT race on Saturday.
I finally bought some 8 and 10 inch rims so it will be interesting to see the difference on some old F3 slix against the 7 and 8 inch Toyos I've been running on to date. Let's hope it's dry...
