Yeah, They were Avenger ones. Fitted Mainly on the Mk5's.

Mk4's had the Allegro/Marina handles.

That is the thing. Looks like you have fitted an adjustable pressure valve. Don't forget you'll need a longer stud when fitting that.

You can get a new 'oil filter block' with the correct type for a spin on filter and with threaded inlet and outlet for the oil cooler pipes to connect to.

I don't know what the availability of them is nowdays. I'm sure Graham Cashmore with have some idea of where to get one and the price they go for.
