Not sure on the cost as to whether it is a fair reflection, discs are £30 pr and it doesn't come with calipers. Is there really that amount of machining to get the other costs?

Ok, I was thinking they would have to be redrilled. What size are they 220 or 240 mm - looking at the catalogue it seems there are 2 types (3 if you include the XR2) of disc for a MK 2 depending on whether it is a 1.1 or 1.4.

With the fiesta discs, do they fit the imp hub or are they redrilled to suit?

Have you tried a rubber gasket for between A frame and body? I guess it depends on how much you want to chase it through as the suspension mounting and tyre choice will also add to the 'experience'.
