Hi all. Thought I'd just introduce myself and my car. It's an ex Pat Longhurts Mk5 which I bought off of him about 20 years ago. Yes that's 20 years! Since then the process has been long, frustrating, expensive and least of all painful. Mostly my fault though because I decided to modify it quite extensively. Every year I say "It'll be on the road this year" but as yet that year hasn't arrived yet. Maybe this year. We'll see.

When you bought the Mk 5 was it battleship grey? If so Iknow the car from 20+ years ago,and raced it on loan from Pat when it was just scruffy white.. prior to Derek Buckton reincarnating it in grey to race as Del O'Hooligan..Would love to see some pictures posted to see what it looks like now.Regards .Iain
