Moulds Davrian Mk5

Anyone knows about moulds for the nose and rear of a Davrian Mk5? Considering to have the parts made in Carbon or Kevlar, but reluctant to use my own panels to make the moulds, as I have no spares....
Any suggestions are welcome!

Isn’t the car light enough, has it got a rally weight layup?

It's light, but the lighter the better! And the plastic layer tends to crack, also due to stonechips from the inside of the front wheelarches
