I now have all the extra bits removed - indicators, gear stick and mechanism, padal box, random tubing for cables, 5m (???) of battery cable and cut out some of the random pieces of previous owners work for seat belt harnesses and internal brake pipe runners. So now have a bare shell and body panels to start fettling and repairing.
Roll hoop will arrive next week, old stubs have been cut out and body needs dressing ready for bonding in new. Have to say the original layup was a bit shabby as well.
Not seen the thread - I still haven't made up my mind on K-series or Imp. Imp will be quicker but the devil in me wants K for the hell of it...
