The Davrian has been off the road for a while having the engine reworked (again!), and also getting an upgrade to megasquirt fuel injection. Here are a few pictures of the setup so far:









Now all we have to do is wire it up and set up the mapping etc!

Hopefully it will be on the road in a month or so!

Hi every body. Just thought I'd share the information on the DAVRIANS fuel injection.
The components are from a Honda CBR 600rr 2007 . The fuel pump and air box.
The ecu is megasqurt 2 and is linked to a ford coil pack.I had to cut the Webber flanges
of the manifold then alter the inlet pipes to line up with the throttle body. Modify the
Crank pulley and fit a 36/1 tooth wheel and make a bracket to mount the sensor.
Remove the disy and make a support shaft and blanking plate.Mount the coil pack on
The old engine mounting lugs and change water temperature sender to suit the ecu.
The fuel pump is of the Honda and I made a container for it to fit in,the plus side is
you don't have to return fuel to the tanks it has a pressure return built in to the pump.
Then mounted the container on the side of the engine bearer. The system runs a lamba
Sensor in the exhaust ,it had to be 20_24 inches from the head. All I have to do is wire it
All up and if all is well plug a laptop into the ecu and adjust the mapping . If this sounds
To simple it's not, a lot of time making and fitting up. I'm lucky I do this type of work all
