Motorsport Seatbelt Fixings

Hi,
Anyone have any experience of how best to install 5 or 6 point seatbelt fixings in a Mk8 that will satisfy scrutineers? I'm thinking of really big sandwiche plates threaded to take the eye bolts unless there is a better solution. Thanks
